Crew Members - Reich Construction, LLC

As a Crew Member, you’ll work hands-on in the field to help erect pre-engineered metal buildings. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality construction, and are eager to grow within a fast-expanding company. Crew Members work under the supervision of the Crew Leader and Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, bolt, weld, and install PEMB components under supervision of Crew Leader.

Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery required for PEMB erection.

Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions from leadership to complete tasks.

Uphold company safety policies and participate in daily toolbox talks.

Assist in loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites.

Work as part of a team to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

1-3 years PEMB or steel erection required.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Comfortable working at varying heights and following safety protocols.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
