Business Session Agenda
• Keynote Speaker — Jeff Jans: A presentation on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and how its practical tools and processes can help organizations improve alignment, accountability, communication, and overall performance.
• Update from MBCEA National President David Leinbach.
• Updates from Committees on AC478, Training and Education.
• One-hour social and networking session with hors d'oeuvres.
• Scholarship presentations.
Social: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Following the chapter meeting, attendees are invited upstairs for two hours of networking, activities, and informal socializing. MBCEA Ontario will be sponsoring:
• Sports simulators
• Bowling
• Snacks
A cash bar will also be available. Members are welcome to bring their spouses, partners, and families to the social portion of the event from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Family guests do not need to attend the chapter meeting.

Hotel Accommodations
A discounted block of rooms will be available at the Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario for attendees who wish to stay overnight.
Booking instructions, rates, and the reservation deadline will be provided once the room block has been finalized.
