Crew Leader - Reich Construction, LLC

The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating field erection activities on PEMB projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. The Crew Leader will serve as the key link between the field crews, project managers, and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead, manage, and motivate a crew of 4–6 workers on PEMB erection projects.
•    Read and interpret erection drawings, ensuring work is performed to spec.
•    Coordinate with Project Manager and Director of Operations to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site as needed.
•    Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate project updates to management.
•    Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance.
•    Train and mentor crew members, fostering growth and teamwork.
•    Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within budget and on schedule.
•    Represent Reich Construction professionally with general contractors and clients.

Qualifications:
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in PEMB erection or steel erection in a commercial setting.
•    Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making ability.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•    Commitment to safety and quality.
•    Must be willing to travel for out-of-state projects.
•    Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
