Follow the sample instructions at the top of the Member Directory. Less is more when using Filters. Keep it simple. View the results on the map to zero in.
Members should utilize the Forms in the Members Area or email us directly or via the Contact Us page with the information about your Available Crews, Need for Assistance, Items for Sale or Hiring Ad.

Membership is annual and renews on January 1. Contractor Membership is $525, Industry Membership is $750 and Regional Representative Membership is $130. All first year dues are full price regardless of sign-up date. Dues are prorated by 50% the second year if you join after July 1, the first year. Joining after October 15, gives you the balance of the current year and the full second year.  

Contractor Membership is open to any building contractor proprietorship, partnership, or corporation which defines themselves as either a Contractor, Erector, Builder, Roofer, General Contractor, Design Build Contractor, or Subcontractor of metal building systems and/or metal roofing systems, and has been for at least one year.

Industry Membership is open to individuals, partnerships, or corporations in the business of manufacturing metal buildings, providing products, and/or services to Contractor Members of the MBCEA.

Regional Representative Membership is open to district/regional managers that have a National Headquarters Office that has paid the Annual MBCEA Industry Membership dues. This is typically reserved for large manufacturers or suppliers' regional salespeople.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Member Compass.
  2. Click on the People tab.
  3. Click "Add Person."
  4. Enter their contact information, at minimum First and Last name and e-mail.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Let them know to check their e-mail for a link to set their account password.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click "JOIN" in the top right corner of your browser.
  2. Choose "Create an Account."
  3. Type your email (if your employer already added you, you'll receive a message that your e-mail is already found), enter your name, and create a password. Check the box next to the terms and conditions and click Save and Continue at the bottom.
  4. Next, fill in your company (it should show up as you type so click on it) and your contact information. Review the MBCEA code of conduct at the link provided and check off the box. Check off the “I am not a robot Captcha” and click “Create Account”.
  5. You will receive a code in your inbox to confirm your account. Please enter it and click CONFIRM & LOGIN. Note: This will be the info you use to log into the MBCEA mobile app.
Select "Forgot Password?" on the login page. If you already have an account, enter your email address on the Password Reset page and you'll receive a link via email. If you don't have an account you'll receive an email with a link to create an account. 
After creating your user account on mbcea.org, download the MBCEA app by going to the app store on your mobile device, searching for MBCEA and downloading. Use your existing mbcea.org account login credentials. (You can always do a password reset on the login page of mbcea.org if you cannot remember your password.)
Visit the Training page of the Members Area for the current year's discount code. There are also direct links to the MBI website and the instructions for admins to purchase products and assign them to their employees.  
Make sure you are logged into your member account. Hover over the Members tab and select "Member's Only Area."
Visit our Products page. Under the Product Category drop-down menu, select "Recorded Meetings." View the meeting, add it to your cart, and once purchased you will receive an email with the link to access.
