Crew Leader - Metal Building Solutions of Florida

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial metal building projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform and oversee all aspects of metal building installation, including:
  • Structural steel erection
  • Standing seam roofing systems
  • Insulated metal panel (IMP) installation
  • Metal wall panel installation
  • Reroofing projects
  • Retrofit roof systems
• Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, in accordance with company quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
