Mid-Atlantic Chapter 20th Annual Golf Tournament

Get ready—because this year’s golf event isn’t just another outing. It’s a full‑blown, laugh‑filled, adrenaline‑pumping, absolutely unforgettable day on the course. We’ve hosted great events in the past, but this one is officially being labeled as our most exciting golf experience yet.

Event Details

  • Date: Friday, September 18th
  • Location: Tanglewood Manor Golf Club, 653 Scotland Rd, Quarryville, PA 17566
  • Registration Opens: 7:00 AM
  • Shotgun Start: 8:00 AM

We’re bringing in three brand‑new elements that will take the day from fun to legendary:

  • Golf Cannon – Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. There will be a hole where you can launch a golf ball using a cannon. It’s wildly fun and guaranteed to be the shot you talk about for months.
  • Greenskeeper’s Choice – This hole will have a surprise twist. Expect goofy obstacles, strange tee positions, or maybe a pin placement that keeps things interesting. It’s chaotic, hilarious, and a fan favorite at tournaments everywhere.
  • Hole Hecklers – A designated group whose only job is to cheer, jeer, and distract while you swing. It’s all in good fun and adds a burst of energy you won’t find at any normal golf event.

We have sponsorship opportunities available again this year. Several companies have already joined in, and we welcome additional sponsors across all categories.

Ontario Chapter

Looking Ahead: Q3/Q4 Chapter Meeting

Get ready for an epic finish to the year — the joint Q3/Q4 Ontario Chapter Meeting has been scheduled for November 5, 2026, at 100 Kellogg Lane in London, Ontario. This will be the Ontario Chapter's largest event to date. We hope members and industry partners will bring their families to the venue for an overnight stay, as there are plenty of onsite activities and

entertainment for all ages.

Planning is officially underway to make this a milestone gathering for our members, potential new members, and industry experts. Lock in November 5, 2026, on your calendars.

Our Meeting Will Have Two Special Guests

Keynote speaker Jeff Jans from EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) will discuss how EOS can help drive personal and business growth for individuals at all levels in our industry. We are excited to hear Jeff speak to our group!

David Leinbach, Owner of Kaiser Martin Group and President of the National MBCEA, will be in attendance. David will speak on AC487 Accreditation and the Metal Building Institute's new curriculum, and on what the National MBCEA is working on for the betterment of our industry.

MBCEA Ontario Chapter will be awarding four individuals from member companies scholarships for continuing education or to advance their careers in the industry. Scholarships will be worth $1,500.00 each. The MBCEA National team will review submitted resumes and select the recipients, who will be recognized at our Q3/Q4 meeting. More details to follow.

We will have a social hour mixed into our formal meeting with appetizers, followed by updates from our local committees on their initiatives.

Once the meeting is completed, we will host a two-hour social session in the “Club House,” featuring a taco bar and simulators for baseball, golf, hockey, tennis, and bowling.

Guests are encouraged to stay and take advantage of the venue's amenities, including the onsite Hard Rock Hotel and several great restaurants where you can arrange dinners with clients, work teams, friends, and family. THIS EVENT WILL BE ONE FOR THE RECORD BOOKS! Further information will be sent out soon.
