Site Superintendent: Pre-engineered Metal Buildings - Timeless Construction

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY

Execute full cycle of field construction ensuring on-time completion, zero safety incidents, and quality work meeting specifications while maintaining positive subcontractor relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct daily field operations coordinating all trades ensuring productive workflow and adherence to project schedule
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and zero incidents
• Manage subcontractor performance monitoring quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and resolving field issues within 24 hours
• Maintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egress
• Document daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction Management
• Coordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors ensuring timely scheduling and pass rates
• Communicate proactively with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts daily
