The MBCEA, NPS, and Right Time
This is not a time where I ask you if you remember taking part in our NPS back in late May, Early June. Absolutely no worries, I’ll give a quick review, and thank those who read, and replied to the one question "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our association to a friend or colleague?"
A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely used metric that gauges how likely individuals, members like you in this case, are to recommend an organization, product, or service to others. We gave a rating to choose between 0 (not at all likely) and 10 (extremely likely) and, depending on your response, it fell into one of three categories to establish our NPS score. For more details, how the scores are bucketed, click here.
For associations like the MBCEA, NPS isn’t just a number, it’s a powerful lens into whether you are happy, as in your member satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
We, as the MBCEA, plan to use NPS as a strategic tool to find its most enthusiastic members, those who are already strong advocates of the association’s mission and impact. By finding you, these Promoters, MBCEA can more effectively, and hopefully, enlist volunteers who are not only willing but eager to help spread the word, mentor new members, and promote initiatives like AC478 accreditation and training programs.
Seeing as you have read this far, now comes the time for my ask: We would love for you to take part...more
We continue to share, repost and promote you, your companies and our association and we will want to share your voice. How? With quotes, podcasts, video snips etc., and maximizing our partnership in the Metal Coffee Shop Social Media campaigns. Sharing back can be on anything, well, preferred MBCEA related, but always willing to listen!
We are not just looking for those who are “all in” with the MBCEA; if you have an idea, a path, a project we should consider redirecting, repurposing, or just a miss on our part, now is also the right time.
The Net Promoter Score helped open our eyes to those of you who really appreciate the MBCEA, and we want to thank you in advance for helping to amplify our mission. As we move forward, having you activated will be another strong key to expanding our reach, strengthening chapter engagement, and reaching new heights together with a more connected, empowered community of members, as metal building system professionals.
Your voice. Our Mission. Together.
Be Safe, Be Great,
