Foreman - IRONDELTA

The Steel Building Erector Foreman at IRONDELTA is responsible for leading field crews in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and select structural steel projects across Utah and surrounding states. This role blends hands-on steel erection with crew leadership, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman manages daily project activities, interprets blueprints, assigns tasks, and works closely with management to achieve budget and schedule goals. Core duties include steel framing, welding, sheeting, insulation, trim, and operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers and boom lifts. The ideal candidate is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in steel erection, but also excels at motivating employees, communicating professionally with clients, and contributing as a trusted member of the IRONDELTA team. We are seeking someone with proven leadership and communication skills, along with the flexibility to travel for extended periods when needed.
