AIA Tristate Conference Art Hance and Sarah Toth of the MidAtlantic MBCEA chapter will be attending the AIA Tristate conference representing the MBCEA this November. The AIA Tristate conference will be held in Princeton NJ and is a great opportunity to connect and educate. The Tristate conference combines architects from AIA New Jersey, AIA New York State, and AIA Pennsylvania. In addition to showcasing the benefits of the MBCEA and AC478 in the exhibit hall, Art Hance will be presenting during the general session on why architects should be specifying AC478. |

Texas Chapter |

This month, Silvercote sponsored a Texas chapter MBCEA sporting clays team at the annual Clays and Q event put on by the AIA San Antonio chapter. It was a great event where we were able to meet with designers and contractors in the area to emphasize the versatility and abilities of metal building design and represent the MBCEA chapter as a resource for the industry. |

2026 Professional Development Applications Now Open to All Ontario Chapter Members The MBCEA Ontario Chapter will be awarding four individuals from member companies scholarships to support continuing education or career advancement in the industry. Scholarships are worth $1,500.00 each. Applications are due by October 1st. The MBCEA National team will review submitted resumes and select the recipients, who will be recognized at the Q3/Q4 meeting. |

Do Not Miss Out — Register Now for the MBCEA Ontario Chapter Q3/Q4 Meeting: Business Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Business Session Agenda • Keynote Speaker — Jeff Jans: A presentation on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and how its practical tools and processes can help organizations improve alignment, accountability, communication, and overall performance. • Update from MBCEA National President David Leinbach. • Updates from Committees on AC478, Training and Education. • One-hour social and networking session with hors d'oeuvres. • Scholarship presentations. Social: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Following the chapter meeting, attendees are invited upstairs for two hours of networking, activities, and informal socializing. MBCEA Ontario will be sponsoring: • Sports simulators • Bowling • Snacks A cash bar will also be available. Members are welcome to bring their spouses, partners, and families to the social portion of the event from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Family guests do not need to attend the chapter meeting. The Factory and the surrounding 100 Kellogg Lane complex offer several additional family-friendly activities that guests may enjoy before or after the social event.
