Construction Manager - The Kaiser-Martin Group, Inc.

The Kaiser-Martin Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the field operations and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This full-time role oversees project schedules, budgets, contracts, permits, subcontractors, labor, materials, quality control, safety compliance, and client communication. The ideal candidate is a decisive, organized leader with strong construction knowledge, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate teams and deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. A bachelor’s degree and/or three to five years of construction management experience is preferred.
