Stephen Branscum

Stephen’s career started early by traveling with his father, the late (1983) Paul Branscum to numerous construction sites and commercial developments doing site excavation. In 1977, Stephen became Vice President/Treasurer of Branscum Construction Company, starting the Building Division and becoming a Kentucky corporation. In 1983, Stephen became sole owner, president, and chief executive officer of the corporation. In 1990, he created Precision Erection Company, a pre-engineered metal building division. Precision Erection Company earned the ranking of 3rd in the nation from Metal Construction News annual listing of the “2020 Top Metal Builders”. On a yearly basis, Precision constructs between 20 – 40 projects with over 2,161,053 square feet.
