This makes us an industry leader in industrial and commercial Pre-engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and Pre-engineered building systems (PEBS). From our headquarters in Marion, Virginia, we serve customers in a six state region: Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, West Virginia, Kentucky and South Carolina.

Projects have ranged in size from small storage buildings to 540,000 square foot manufacturing plants to 1,034,000 square foot warehouse facilities. Clients include the top names in industry, manufacturing, defense and energy. Founder, Harry Williams knew that it was always to the customer’s advantage to build quickly and efficiently. Timelines are as short as 4 months for a 40,000 sqft manufacturing facility from permit to production start up.
