Ammon Bingham

I’m a Project Manager and Preconstruction Team Lead with Teton West, specializing in pre-engineered metal building and commercial construction projects. My background has taken me through field construction, estimating, building design, preconstruction, and project management. Today, my role bridges both preconstruction and operations—I lead our preconstruction team while managing projects from early development through procurement, construction, and closeout.
On the preconstruction side, I work with our team to develop proposals, procurement strategies, project startup processes, and constructability solutions that create a strong foundation before work reaches the field. As a Project Manager, I oversee design coordination, subcontracting, procurement, scheduling, financial management, and construction execution. I also serve on the Varco Pruden President’s Advisory Council, providing the opportunity to collaborate with other builders and Varco Pruden leadership on issues affecting the builder network and the pre-engineered metal building industry.
I enjoy the intersection of construction, design, business, and process improvement—particularly finding ways to make projects easier to estimate, easier to manage, and ultimately easier to build.
