Our employees are the backbone of our company. We couldn’t succeed without their continued hard work and dedication to making the workplace a positive one. In addition, we are also committed to the safety of our work crews. Septagon’s extensive safety program meets, and in some areas exceeds, OSHA requirements. Each Septagon employee is required to pass a drug screening and participate in a comprehensive safety orientation program before being allowed on a job site. Septagon Construction believes training is the cornerstone of a successful safety program and provides regular training education. Septagon also contracts with a professional safety firm who provides an additional attention to detail on all safety-related practices, inspections, and challenges.
