Exhibitor A/V Order Form

Thank you for participating in our 53rd Annual MBCEA Conference and MBMA Spring Meeting to be held at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ from April 27-29, 2022. I’d like to share setup and teardown times, exhibit hall hours, shipping information, and A/V options. Please share this with whomever is taking care of shipping your booth materials.  As a reminder, your exhibitor registration also includes all three days of the conference so please take advantage of everything we have to offer starting with the Opening Session at 2 pm on Wednesday, April 27. The Keynote on Leadership by a Navy Seal should be motivating and the Building of the Year Awards mean a lot to the contractors, erectors and suppliers and manufacturers. Let’s review what’s provided and the setup: Exhibit fee includes: 6’x30" table draped with a fitted cloth, two chairs and two MBCEA Conference Registrations. Pop up banners and table top displays are appropriate for this event as we do not utilize pipe and drape and the tables only have about 2' between them.

Conference Schedule for Exhibitors

Setup times: Kiva Ballroom – Wednesday, April 27, from 7 am – 1 pm and/or Thursday, April 28, from 6-7:30 am

Exhibit Hall Hours: Thursday, April 28, 8-9 am; 12-1:30 pm; and 4:30-6:30 pm 

Teardown time: Thursday, April 28, 6:30-10 pm

Shipping Information: See shipping link above. Please read the Receiving and Shipping information very carefully. They will not accept, and they will return, shipments that arrive prior to April 21. Please utilize the Exhibitor Shipping Label provided in the attached document. You must have pre-printed/pre-paid return labels for your outbound shipping. Note that Claritssa Dillemuth will need tracking numbers for all incoming packages emailed to her no later than April 20 at Claritssa.Dillemuth@loewshotels.com.

If you haven’t completed your online exhibitor profile through the Whova app, I would recommend you do that as soon as possible to take advantage of the additional exposure time prior to the conference. If you need me to resend the link, please let me know. If there are any changes to your booth staff, I would appreciate a heads up by April 13, so the name badges are printed correctly and we have an accurate count for the hotel. You’ll be receiving emails from me about downloading the Whova app as that will be our form of communication and your link to the agenda and all the events during the conference. We also will hold a Passport Contest where attendees will earn stamps each time an Exhibitor uses Lead Retrieval to scan their QR code. See the link below for more information.
