Event Details

OSHA Standards require that all employees have the knowledge required to OPERATE in a SAFE MANNER on a DAILY BasisThe MBCEA MAD is pleased to offer this valuable training as part of our continuing efforts to educate and assist member companies.

The OSHA-10 is highly recommended, and often required, for all construction field personnel.  It serves as the benchmark for introductory jobsite safety and OSHA compliance education.

This class will blend together the business perspective of safety, OSHA construction compliance education, and the roles of the competent person.  In addition to learning about OSHA, it will emphasize six areas of jobsite safety that account for over 80% of OSHA construction fines – with particular attention paid to #1… fall protection.  Other disciplines covered will include scaffold safety, steel erection, temp electrical safety, stair/ladder safety, PPE, chemical hazard communication, and crane signaling.

Each attendee will receive a very useful course manual and OSHA wallet card.
