Carolinas Chapter Summer Meeting 2026

Registration for the summer meeting closes next Friday, 5/8! Please mark your calendars for June 18-21 and make plans to join us. Make note the agenda linked below for the meeting this year has changed from years past. Also, links for Sponsorship and hotel reservation are below. Meeting registration and hotel rooms must be reserved by end of day on Friday, May 8th, 2026 in order for preparations to be completed and to receive our group room rate. But please don't delay our hotel room block is filling up fast!! The nights of the event are at 95% capacity already and the days prior to the meeting are already booked. If you are trying to book for Monday, Tuesday, or Sunday at our event rate you will have to call Raquel Wood directly at 843-681-1081 to book as the link will tell you the block is closed.
