Introducing a New EAP for MBCEA Members, Powered by ABC Insurance Trust
Event Details
Your employees bring more than their skills to the job. They also bring stress, family concerns, financial pressure, health challenges, grief, burnout, and personal issues that can affect their well being, focus, safety, and productivity.
The ABC Insurance Trust Employee Assistance Program, powered by TELUS Health, gives MBCEA members a practical way to support employees and their families before those challenges become workplace issues.
This standalone EAP is not tied to a medical plan, so it can be offered broadly across your workforce, including employees who are not enrolled in your company health plan. Employees and their families can access confidential support for mental health, family challenges, legal concerns, financial stress, substance use, work life needs, crisis support, and more. Support is available through live phone support, chat, video, in person counseling, and mobile tools.
For employers, the EAP is a simple and affordable way to strengthen your benefits program, support retention, and give employees a resource they can use when life gets difficult.
Want to see how the program works? Join us for an exclusive MBCEA member webinar on Thursday, October 22 at 12:00 p.m. ET. We’ll walk through the support available to employees and families and how easily the EAP can be added to your benefits offering.
As an added benefit, MBCEA members who register for the webinar will receive an exclusive rate of $3.05 per employee per month, discounted from the standard $3.50 rate.
If you are looking for a meaningful way to care for your people without adding more strain to your team, this is a strong place to start.
