Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation - Attendees

A full refund less $50 administrative fee will be applied to attendee cancellations made earlier than 2 weeks prior. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted within 2 weeks of the conference.

Event Cancellation - Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration cancellations will incur a $200 administrative fee. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted within 4 weeks of the conference.
