Roof Maintenance Crews Needed

Design System Builders, LLC is looking for local help to perform roof maintenance on a few locations. "Our maintenance program involves performing a roof inspection, at the same time checking sealants around perimeter and penetrations, cleaning off any debris from the roof and gutters. Tightening of any loose fasteners or lap nuts. Providing a written inspection report with photos and notifying DSB of any potential problem that needs addressed and priced to facility owners."

Looking to try to get all of these except Canton completed before the end of the year. This work is able to start immediately.

Current locations:

Lakeworth, TX --        (2) Butler Roof’s total – 69,757 sq ft

Houston, TX -              (2) American Building’s Roof total - 72,310 sf ft

Canton, MS                 (1) Butler Roof total – 1,462,000 sq ft
