PEMB and SSR Crew Needed in February

MBCEA member Rambar Steel, LLC is looking for a PEMB and SSR crew to erect a 55' Tall PEMB w/ 10' Basement & 1st Floor Mezzanine for Rock Climbing Gym in Colorado Springs, CO starting 02/2024. This project consists of a 20,000sf PEMB with a 12,000sf mezzanine that acts as the first floor. The exterior walls are a mix of CF panels and corrugated panels; the roof is a split level SSR with the upper roof being gabled and the lower roof being a single slope. Roof and wall insulation are cavity insulation with some exterior rigid insulation along the exterior walls. Labor quote will be a lump sum contract with the scope to include the PEMB structure, light gauge framing, exterior insulation & siding panels, roof insulation & SSR roof, and all necessary tools, equipment, and other consumables.
