Erector Crew Needed

Fellow member Hance Construction seeks an erector for a two-story, 64,000 sf conventionally framed structure. First floor footprint is 37,475 sf and second floor is 26,000 sf. Roof shall be metal deck for roofing by others. Walls shall be cold formed secondaries with IMP. Project is scheduled for late Q2 2023. Hance Construction is an IAS AC-478 Accredited contractor and seeks same for erection services. Non-accredited contractors shall be required to comply with AC-478 guidelines and encouraged to seek accreditation which we will assist with in conjunction with MBCEA.
