Catherine Orr is a courageous, tenacious, and determined entrepreneur who has defied all odds to launch her own construction company, BBC Solar LLC dba Enviro-Cat. She is dedicated to protecting the environment through green building solutions and empowering women in the process. Despite the cultural and gender barriers, Catherine worked three jobs and attended training programs while launching her company, sacrificing time away from her family to achieve her objectives. She is a true example of resilience and dedication.

She is dedicated to learning and applying her experiences in leadership and business. With an admiration for role model Caren Greisman, she observed and learned how to run a small technology company. Catherine has taken the lessons she learned from Caren to heart and is now focused on being clear in her expectations of her team in order to foster responsibility and measurable performance.
