In an effort to improve the chances of success for new contractor and erector companies, the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) has a mentoring program for its members.
The program is designed to offer assistance for companies who have been in business less than three years. Mentors will be assigned to the young businesses for a two-year period, offering business advice and counsel via a variety of methods such as phone and e-mail.
