Gary has over 40 years experience erecting steel buildings all over the world. His experience and passion make him a leading influence in the education and advancement of our industry.

Tim has 19 years experience in steel erection all of which have been with Zartman Construction. Tim currently holds the office of Steel General Superintendent and has for the past seven years.
	Treasurer Brad Yocum Nucor Building Systems Phone: 610-670-2497 Email: Yocum@nbsin.com Brad is a District Sales Manager for Nucor Building Systems. He has been in the industry for over 6 years and has worked for an erector for most of those years. In order for success he believes in building strong equally beneficial relationships based on honest business practices. His experience with project management, estimating and extensive field experience serves him well in his position on the board of directors for our chapter.

Her strong organizational and planning skills led her to assist the Mid-Atlantic Division MBCEA Board early on with event planning and in November 2007 was elected to the board to handle the secretarial duties and event planning for the chapter.

Scott has over 30 years of general commercial/industrial construction experience, much of which has been in the steel industry. Past responsibilities include sales and/or general management of manufacturing facilities, distribution organizations and contracting companies. This varied experience offers unique insight and understanding of the challenges in our industry today.

He has dedicated himself to providing construction services which meet his unique philosophy of doing business – namely, the pursuit of long-term mutually beneficial relationships based on fair and honest business practices. Hance Construction is an Authorized Butler Builder which has become recognized for providing pre-engineered components in a creative and cost-saving manner. Hance Construction’s diverse portfolio includes projects from a 10,000 sf Bavarian Chalet residence, to the structure housing an 8,400,000 BTU/hr steel billet furnace for a steel plant. Martin Construction is a General Contractor who self performs erection of pre-engineered buildings. Barry grew up on a dairy farm near Gettysburg PA. He has been in business management for more than 20 years and has owned Martin Construction for 9 years. He is an advocate for establishing best practices, and believes that good training does not cost but pays.
