The Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) is a trade association, formed in 1968 to provide programs and services, as well as to support the interests of metal building contractors and erectors. The Mid-Atlantic Division (M.A.D.) was formed in February 2006 to better serve the needs of contractors and erectors doing business in the Mid-Atlantic area. Membership in the MBCEA-MAD grants you the opportunity to become part of a strong network of companies who know what it takes to succeed in the Mid-Atlantic region.

President's Welcome Letter
Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Division of the Metal Builders Contractors and Erectors Association. We are less than 3 years young but already a powerful and cohesive force.
It is truly an honor to represent and work with some of the finest building contractors and industry members in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia and Washington D.C.). I strongly believe we must continue to seek to improve ourselves, and each of our company’s respectively, by educating our personnel and practicing the proper techniques of construction and methods of business that will prove to be for the betterment of our own company and of our industry in general.
The Mid-Atlantic Division continues to break new ground. We are creating passion for working in and promoting the pre-engineered steel building industries. We have placed a particular emphasis on training with certification for safety issues and fall protection as we strive to upgrade our employees and continuing the motivation and advancement of our associates and the metal building industry.
We continue to invite Contractors and Erectors to become involved in the Mid-Atlantic Division of the MBCEA. I welcome you to submit an application for membership and/or contact me or any of the board members directly to discuss further what our association has to offer you.
